Many work from day to day uncertain how their business is really doing and find at year end they have made little or no money. Others do not have a clue of how to plan for success in today's technological business climate. Real Estate is a Service business and their presentation of their services to their potential clients determines how successful they will be. Public Service Meetings - Service is our number one concern for clients in the Real Estate market. What we have found are Realtors who provide discount or no service at all for Full Service Fees. We also learned that many real estate customers do not have a clue of what services they are paying for or what to expect from a Realtor. In many cases the clients are the ones providing the service and the realtors simply administrate the sale. We feel this type service is a detriment to the industry and will ultimately bring the industry down.
